The Doctors "On line" Support

You email your service request to the Doctor and describe your system and components as best you can.
He analyises the request and mails you back an estimate of how it much it will cost.
You approve by email the estimate and provide your credit card number for payment.
If you are corporate and wish to be invoiced, provide a P.O. number and we will email the bill and you snail mail a cheque.
The Doctor performs the operation and renders you the Charges.
When you are happy with the work and everything has been done to your satisfaction then you approve the final bill and we agree on the amount to be billed.
