After reading a letter you posted about a girl's experience with service

of her IPC, I though that you'd get a smile out of our experience.

I took my wife's IPC Pentium 75 in for waranty work on the hard drive.

Here on the East Coast, (Halifax), we have to have the computer sent out

of province for servicing. That doesn't concern me. What does bother

me is that IPC lost our computer.

I requested a reciept when I dropped the computer off at the depot. The

techie was not going to give me one. I'm glad I have that now. We are

discussing with them about getting a new computer since it was in their

care and custody.

I thought that you'd find this funny.

PS I now have to use my internet account at school because I have no

computer at home to use. Another laugh.
